Collagen Almond Bites

If you’re looking for something filling, easy on the gut and that will give you energy during your afternoon slump. You have found the perfect recipe. These almond bites are candida friendly , AIP-friendly (in small amounts) and mom friendly. I like to use collagen protein over other vegan sources because it is flavourless and easy to absorb. It also integrates into proteins all over the body including the joins, hair, skin and intestinal lining. I also like to use cassava or arrowroot to kelp bind the bites together without using too much sugar, like in honey, dates or syrup. These two starches are very easy to digest and many people have very little immune reaction to them. All you need is a food processor and an appetite!
