Pumpkin Fruit Dip

This recipe is great for potlucks or for kids lunches around Thanksgiving and Halloween. I have also made this recipe and had it as a pumpkin pie for one, if you have left over pumpkin or just want a small portion of pumpkin flavour without committing to the entire pie.

You could also make a larger batch and send it with your kids to school for a pumpkin pudding or fruit dip. The yogurt offers good protien and calcium and maybe just swap out honey for the stevia so they get come glucose for their brain function.

I would serve this with apples, pears and your favourite gluten-free shortbread or graham cracker cookies.
