One Pot Pasta
To be honest, I have never made one-pot pasta before this and I don’t know WHY! It is super easy and cooks in 25 minutes. And it’s a large portion, so you can have meals for a few days, its revolutionary. I did a few healthy change-ups from your regular one-pot pasta to kick up the nutrition.
I subbed quinoa pasta for regular pasta to increase protein and digestive stress (I do not tolerate gluten very well)
I added in some extra veggies for vitamins and minerals
I used just a sprinkle of lactose-free cheese on top to get all the flavour without all the added fat
These are a few is a general rules to make a recipe a little healthier and this way you can have your favourite recipes, but healthier.
